‘16 convertible v6s 77k miles $29k with perfect carfax service history, bad idea or good find?

Carmax currently has a '17 V6 S coupe with 37K miles on it for $44K. So the one you're looking at is 1 year older, but double the miles -- and $15K less! So if you don't mind a high mileage F-type, I feel the price is quite good. (Note that $29K is exactly the KBB mid price for a private party sale.)
