Update - dealer initially dismissed the issue as normal. Then the check engine light came on. They’re now replacing the catalytic converter. Will see if that was the noise.

Kitty - I am having the same problem with my 2016 R - your icloud attachments have been deleted - can you please update and let use know what the issue was and maybe re-upload the video so I can see if the noise is the same? I've been fighting my dealership with this for 6 months now and I'm desperate.
