I am buying a 2nd hand 2017-18 R or SVR Ftype Coupe. Does anyone have the original list of optional equipment? I am struggling to find what options these cars had back in the time

Any clues?

Also, what are the differences between the R and SVR equipment (leather, exhaust and obviously the P575 upgrade). What else?

Have a 17 SVR convertible. I don't know what all the options are but I dont think mine is missing anything. As for the difference, SVR have SVR written all over the place. Even special SVR wheels. The seats stiching is red, the seats leather has a diamond pattern. And the noise! The sound of my SVR is spectacular. If you can get a SVR. You will not regret it.
