Have been a staunch fan of Jaguar for a long time, even when build quality was poor in the 70's but believed this was behind them based on reliability surveys, capital injections etc.
But now a bit shaken.
I have a friend in Sydney whose car turned up with the wrong headlining and carpets. but maybe a config error..
But I have just seen mine, wrong headlining, (missing 1of the 4 items of the extended leather pack options, not all of them, just 1/4) and missing lockable cubby etc with valet mode. Vista order on jag appears OK,
Makes me wonder ...
Anyone else had issues like this on customer orders? If so what happened next? Did you take the car? or renegotiate?
