I doubt you will get much joy from JLR.
Is there any other discoloration on the cover?
I would be concerned your engine is running too hot.

Thanks for the reply man, no discoloration....and Its actually covered, but not when detailers clean the cover with products and paint comes off easy. Not a big deal, but something to think about when cleaning the engine cover. The black cover doesn't look bad without the Jaguar letters painted.
