Picked up my stratus grey V6-S off the dealer floor June 20th. It came with most of the goodies. The worst noise I heard was the first scrape of the nose coming down the driveway. I've learned to come downat an angle now. But I have to say this car is not as prone to nose scrapes ass some cars I've had in the past. Love this car.

Congratulations! You got your car one day before I got mine.

The first time my wife drove the car she scraped the nose and came back upset because she thought she broke something. I told her not to worry about it because it is going to get scraped a few more times. There are some driveways you just can't drive out without a scrape. Plus the dips in the street that you may take a little too fast.

If it ever gets cracked, it looks like an easy DIY project to replace it.

I notice there is a plastic lip that extends behind and below the splitter that appears to take the brunt of any scrapes and probably produces mostof the noise of the scrape. Maybe this protects the nose from most of the damage?I haven't seen any other f-types here in L.A. How about your neighborhood?

Your are right, she actually did scrape that lip.

I have yet to see another F-Type on the street in Orange County. Actually no one I know has seen another one.
