My names Mike and I just wanted to introduce myself. I work for Jaguar Land Rover and have just been appointed to my new role as Social Media Executive. I will now be looking after this forum taking over from Liam who will concentrate on various other pieces of work.

I have worked for JLR now for over a year within the Customer Relationship Centre so have the knowledge to be able to answer a wide variety of questions. If I am unsure of the answer I will know the right person to ask and then get back to you.

My dealer is looking into this, but might as well ask you too: what is the 'stealth mode', that is selected on the touch screen, under 'extra features'? It isn't mentioned in the manual.

I was hoping perhaps that it would be a way to start the engine quietly, without waking the neighborhood. I haven't test that yet, but I didn't see any obvious difference when I turned stealth mode on.

Also, my dealer hasn't heard anything from Jaguar yet on the issue of the lockable rear compartment sometimes falling open when the car is locked. I don't consider it urgent, but I do hope that Jaguar looks into that as it's a bit annoying. I've seen a few other people mention that issue.
