Took the new car to the track last weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The car had pretty good grip in most places but was still prone to a bit of understeer. Tire temps were high all day (hot track) and hot pressures needed to be high 30's, low 40's in the front at least or the tire shoulders were rolling over. Brakes held up, but stopping distances got longer as the day went on, either because the tires were losing grip or the pads had mild fade. Also, the engine started to overheat in the afternoon, but half of a lap to cool down brought the temp down quickly.
All in all a great day. I believe that with proper tires, pads and fluid the car could do better. But hot days will always be the enemy of forced induction...
